Refund Cancellation Policy
1. General Provisions
This Refund Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) governs the rules for refunding payments for video courses and consultations purchased on the website

By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.
2. Refunds for Video Courses (Digital Products)
- All video courses are digital products, and access is granted immediately after payment.
- Therefore, refunds for video courses are not provided.
- In case of technical issues with access to the materials, we will ensure renewed access or replacement of the product.
3. Refunds for Consultations
- A refund is possible only if the consultation is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- If the consultation is canceled later or the client does not show up, the payment is non-refundable.
- If the consultation is canceled by INKARNA LTD (e.g., inability to conduct the session), the payment will be fully refunded or the consultation rescheduled upon agreement.
4. Refund Procedure

- Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund processing time is up to 14 business days.
