Refund Cancellation Policy

1. General Provisions
This Refund Policy (hereinafter – the “Policy”) governs the rules for refunding payments for video courses and consultations purchased on the website https://inkarna.ltd.
By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

2. Refunds for Video Courses (Digital Products)
  • All video courses are digital products, and access is granted immediately after payment.
  • Therefore, refunds for video courses are not provided.
  • In case of technical issues with access to the materials, we will ensure renewed access or replacement of the product.
3. Refunds for Consultations
  • A refund is possible only if the consultation is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • If the consultation is canceled later or the client does not show up, the payment is non-refundable.
  • If the consultation is canceled by INKARNA LTD (e.g., inability to conduct the session), the payment will be fully refunded or the consultation rescheduled upon agreement.
4. Refund Procedure

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refund processing time is up to 14 business days.
